I can understand the anxiety and fear of the unknown.We need to do just a couple of things to make and keep us strong, secure and confident that our future will endure.<br /> Number one is to do our jobs the best we can and make sure we lead the company in all aspects.Safety,protect the customers,quality,production,cost.<br /> Being the best makes us more valuable to this and any company.There are going to be cans made in the U.S. for a long time to come. They are still the easiest to transport,stack,chill quickly and change appearance of.<br /> It doesnt matter what Tony does or doesnt do.We can make no other choice for our company other than use us to supply the north east with cans. regardless of our competition if we do it with the best quality and the cheapest cost.<br /> Housekeeping is important but in the priorities of the big picture its peanuts. Tony knows that. If Thats the only reason he has to be pissed we are doing good.<br /> Lets not hammer Tony too much yet.If he will agree to be agressive pursuing new business then thats what we want and need. For him and us. But if he isnt doing his job then we want the best for the company and need to help the company realize this.
