Negotiations Start Up Again This Monday

Negotiations start up again this Monday at 10 am. Talk to your reps if you have ideas to bring to the table. Looking to make some good progress this week - most is just getting down on paper what we do.

Sometimes explaining the procedure has not exactly been so clear. We are trying to clear some of those things up so everyone can understand what the rules are. That is good for the company and the employees.

We want to get to the point of making this plant run at top speed and efficiency.

Thank you all for your support!

  1. We had a good week this week. Sometimes thats hard to believe because of sooooo many problems that were resolved from front end to the back end. I gotta say that everyone stepped up to the plate and gave extra effort to make budget all week and spoilage was down. Good job everyone. The right things to do always arent always the easiest are they? This week brought on alot of challenges but we took them on and came out better. I see a trend of good runs coming on because of all the hard work you guys and girls did. We still have obsticles to climb but They arent that high. One of them is maintenance day. Everyone be safe and focus on getting the job done right.Dont worry about being rushed.we will get all done in proper time .we always do.

Now it's time to bring home the bacon. Best of luck at the table guys. 7/11 is the number. 7% over 3 years and 11% gainshare, a dollar to the pension and no increase in health care costs. Because we are worth it. Stay strong.
