Can we expect the same "concern" from Dan and Ken when we vote YES for IBEW Local 363?
Where was Tony's concern when your health costs went up and they screwed you on your 401k?
What did Dan do for you when you complained about Warrens victory dance when they took your break time away?
Why did Dan say the company could have recognized the union but it's the COMPANYS RIGHT to have an election? They don't vote! It's not THEIR RIGHT - It's OURS!
Do you realize that these captive meetings work just like the "time share" condo people do it - they try to wear you down so you do what THEY want you to do?
REALIZE that every time you guys sit in one of those meetings they are paying $25,000 per month to brainwash you. OOP add $20k for Ken now.
Do you realize that IBEW Local 363 will instill CONFIDENCE and STABILITY in the workforce?

One of the main reasons that workers become unhappy at work is bad management. A bad boss can turn even a good working environment into an uncomfortable and unhappy workplace. They have the ability to assign good or bad tasks, and ultimately fire us. This power imbalance is why a good relationship with your manager is so important. You are not powerless to quietly accept a bad boss and have a responsibility to speak up in an attempt to change the situation. However, you must recognize that some bosses are intentionally bad because they receive benefits to which they are entitled and you could be seen as a threat, in which case you must know how to defend yourself.
ReplyDeleteOne reason bad bosses get away with inappropriate behavior is because there is no trail of evidence. The spoken word can always be denied, and if it comes down to your word against your bad boss's word, your bad boss wins. But when you have documentation that clearly indicates your boss's intention, then your boss becomes responsible and accountable.
ReplyDeleteA leader is someone whom others trust and consistently look to for guidance. Age or status within a group may create assumptions about who will lead, but a true leader inspires steadfast loyalty, earning the trust of others. Leadership is a responsibility but also an honor.

ReplyDeleteThere is a noticable differance in the people on the floor. It is good to see the plant running well again, like the old days. Work with your chosen stuarts and negociaters they want to do a good job for us. YOU HAVE A VOICE NOW!
