Ring, Ring, Ringgggggggggggg



I got a call from someone today offering to spread our story NATIONWIDE. I don't think that is the thing to do right now and I told the person that. We don't need to do that - but it's just good knowing WE CAN - if we need to.

It is a GREAT STORY though.....American Workers, who worked for American Icon Anheuser Busch get sold to foreign owners who openly bragged that they will cut workers compensation and increase the top 40 executive bonuses. Americans excercise their RIGHTS to form a union - and the company________________.


....so many good ways to end that.

Here's one:

American workers in MCC Newburgh excercise their RIGHTS to form a union - and the company _______________allowed the people to really excercise their right to form a union, promised they would not tell outright lies to interfere with that right, respected the peoples decision and in the end sat down at the table, bargained fairly and came to an agreement that was good for both parties.

GOOD NEWS: I also recieved emails today from three very influential people offering help if we need it across the other plants in the country. I also said no to that. We do not need to go there yet.

Americans love a good fight - especially over something that was always considered so LOYAL and so AMERICAN.

WE will resolve this right HERE DIRECTLY with ABINBEV and make this place something to be proud of for us all. At least that is the peoples intention and IBEW Local 363's intention.

Otherwise we have some real good options...

LET'S WIN THIS RIGHT HERE!

    Well one thng is for sure, Dan and Ken the negotiator blew the lying part already.

    Why did Ken lie already and tell everybody that there was an initiation fee of $800 dollars to be a member of IBEW Local 363 when there is
    NO INITIATION FEE AT ALL? Zero! 0!

    That is messed up. What other lies are planned for us Ken? How many each day? each week? More as we go on?

    How do any of us trust you guys ever again? That was just not a little math error Ken - that was an out and out lie to our faces.

    You can fly back to St. Louis now as far as the whole plant is concerned.

    WE DON'T BELIEVE A WORD YOU SAY NOW. YOU ARE ANOTHER JOKE.

    Gee with Negotiator Kens salary, airfare, hotel and steak dinners the captive meeting cost just rose to $35,000 a week!

    THAT COULD BUY A LOT OF HEALTH PREMIUMS FOR US GUYS.

    The good news is that we only have two more weeks of their CAPTIVE MEETINGS.

    on the 29th we will be a union plant.

    Should we go nationwide?

    ABINBEV also went to all the breweries and fired all the Brew Masters.

    They flew to all the breweries on the same day, call all the brew masters to meet them at the airport then when they flew in, gave all of them their termination papers.

    That saved ABINBEV loads of money
    They also sold all of the Busch Gardens
    They recently sold Kings Mill Resort
    They also sold some of our own plants
    We need to protect our families and our plant from this happening to us
    We need a written Contract for all these reason
    We cannot trust Mr. Birito or ABINBEV
    We need IBEW #363 as our New Family insurance policy
    Vote yes on August 27th and 28th

    Remember the past. They told us this in 1994 and we are still waiting for their lies to come true.

    We send Ken home with only his expense report, so Mr. Birito can pay for his wasted time at MCC Newburgh

Hey guys, whats sad is while Ken the negotiator is telling you why you don't need a union in Newburgh, they have plans underway to increase our healthcare costs to 35% cost share by 2012.So be careful what you believe, he has a job to do and thats keep the union out.We are rooting for you guys.Jax

  9. What makes me mad is that this is just a game to Ken and Dan and the rest of these half men.
    I am doing this for my family! To protect us! To give my kids father and my wifes husband a GD chance to still make it in this plant. The only way we can do thatis to get together. All this othr crap with these hour long meeetings are a waste of time and bullshit. That f8n insults me to no end. Im a GD man! Get out of my f8n face! Here is what I have to say I am voting yes and I know at least 100 others are doing the same. Dan you better not flip on us after this and turn on us. Not after you put on this caring act. Dan if you do that and you might as well get shipped out of here because you will lose any respect you could have or ever did have.

    After the 8:00 am meeting.
    I think you need to have a meeting with all your managers and try to micro manage the Thought Control Process some more.
    Then have another meeting about the meeting
    Then take your management staff out to lunch to discuss the process
    Then have a 1:00 meeting about your lunch
    Then repeat this process the next day
    And continue until August 27th and 28th
    By that time maybe you will realize that it’s too late to stop the landslide
    We will have the Great American Steak Out after our victory.
    We are Thought Control Wiser
    We are Newburgh Strong
    We are Solid

    So please Stop wasting our Time, Because you are just Wasting our Money.

    We the people of this plant don’t want to listen to the lies anymore.
    Your personal commitment is a waste of ink on paper that Marie keeps track of.
    Did you get Maries permission to mail out the letters? $$$$$$$
    The management team has failed at MCC Newburgh, face the facts.
    I think the Fence just fell down and it’s a Landslide now.
    The management team just keeps pushing everyone over the fence to the Union side.

  16. Ho-hum, another hostage situation at MCC Newburgh. And another attempt to infuse the Stockholm Syndrome. (for those of you who don't know what it is: The Stockholm Syndrome is when people are held captive/hostage against their will for a length of time they begin to identify with their captor and accept the rhetoric/propaganda that is drilled into the captives head non-stop, while being fed a constant stream of negative data agianst their own beliefs. An example is the repetative roundtable meetings, This week included. Although intelligent people can see through the smoke screen being thrown up by management and such people as "Ken the Negotiator". It is mostly designed to paint all unions in general as a bad thing, a lose-lose situation. Drone on Ken oh corporate drone that you are. 1 interesting point was made by Ken, when we have our union on August 29th, this will be the first "from scratch" contract they have ever done. All the others have been renegotiations of existing contracts. 15 days.
