Secret Video Of Tonys Captive Audience Meeting Surfaces!!!
For those who don't recognize them that's Dan, Dave, Warren, Ken singing back up.
What difference does it make if Tony is coming back to reassign managers? He is the one who OK'd these managers. He is the one who will choose who will take their places. Someone should fire Tony for poor judgment. Guess his "emotional intelligence" theory didn't pan out.
ALL MCC PLANTS TAKE NOTE...IF THIS UNION COMES IN, TAKE THE PLUNGE. BE THE NEXT IN LINE TO UNIONIZE. YOU CAN DO IT. PROTECT YOUR FUTURE AND THE FUTURE OF YOUR FAMILIES. THANK YOU NEWBURGH. WE ARE TRULY HUMBLED AND GRATEFUL.
Tony, Your time is past.Youve shown your cards. We dont want to deal with you anymore. Your a liar. we have proof and you know it.How does that make you feel. What kind of man are you?I will never trust you. People dont interact with you because your in St. Louis. We know what you are. Come on back. visit. I respect the position but not you as man. No wonder you picked Dan. You both only think about yourselves. To make your bonus you would do almost anything. definetly lie.
VOTE YES VOTE YES !! this is a new start for US. You guys are the best we have all stuck together. None of us have even fought and they would of loved that. WE ARE A REAL TEAM WE SHOULD BE PROUD..
We are united. We are strong. We will vote for union representation. We will no longer kowtow to unjust management representation. We work hard for a living. We want respect in the workplace.
We are NOT children. Do NOT EVER DISRESPECT LABOR. WE MAKE YOU THE SUCCESS THAT YOU ARE. Do NOT mistake our KINDNESS for WEAKNESS....
Hmmm. It seems that maybe there was something more important than cutting a couple pennies per thou when you decided on a plant manager for our humble little plant, Tony.... how does "never send a bean counter to do a manager's job" sound as a moral for the beating you're about to take?
BTW, you've had your fingers in some other decisions which should have been made on a plant level, but ultimately weren't because of your need to 'look after your own'. So this Bud's for you, Tony, 'cause you screwed yourself by deciding we were too complacent, or just too dumb to notice what kind of scams you were putting over on us.
Oh, and when you're trying to figure out who I am, just look for the coldest smile you've ever seen when you begin your little goodwill tour next week. And note the signature, a nod to another little screw-up which showed your vindictive nature....
So Tony, I think you smart, for a human...so maybe you can tell me why, when employee morale is critical to long term success, you've decided to try to terrorize us into remaining your sheep?
Do EVERYONE a favor. Let us have our union, and our improved morale, and, Brito forbid, our sense of OWNERSHIP back!
Unless of course, you won't play nice in the negotiations. We're all smart enough to know where that road would lead...and if it does, you'll DEFINITELY have some 'splainin' to do!
Wow, KurtandCrosby! I guess the collective memory runs deep. They were pretty much hosed for being on the wrong side of Tony in the 1994 post union election"witch hunt". Tony, some people have been waiting A LONG TIME FOR THIS MOMENT!! It seems their moment has finally arrived. One week from today MCC#9 will be in the membership of IBEW Local #363. I guess some measure of justice will have been served. If Tony is coming to do the management shuffle and 2 step do it in private, Don't try something that is seen as last ditch. Because that's where it will end up, in the ditch. We are still the same people. dedicated and hard working. We are just seeking something you can't provide. Security, in numbers, as a team. Nothing personal, just what we feel is out best business decision. And after your position statement last week we are absolutely sure of our decision to organize. You should actually be proud, when was the last time you saw a majority of us agree to anything? After you wake up Sunday, August 29th and have a union plant at Newburgh deal with us. We will deal back in good faith. You might be surprised at what you see and hear.
Tony is coming back? This week? For what? He had his say. He made his point. There's really not too much more to say. If he's coming to have some other managers throw themselves on their swords for him that's not right. But as always there has to be a scapegoat. Not the guy you see in the mirror. There is enough blame to go around. Share in it, I don't know have a management group hug or something. Then send your managers to school about dealing with union employees. We'll be getting taught how to be union members. It'll be an adventure, be a partner in that adventure. Not an adversary. Adversarial attitudes are what got us all to this point. Now let's really work together.
Cant wait for Tony's return visit. Remember to be good little boys and girls and say exactly what he wants to hear. Maybe you can start smoking, we have a few team leaders that will light up your smokes for you. What a bunch of cheesers. Bring back term limits. Vote yes.
what about the biggest smuck of them all, warren tomlins, he is at the heart of what is wrong with this plant. it seems that he is keeping a low profile. i guess keeping him underwraps will cause people to calm down. it is warren setting the mood, and his chicken managers that lack any morals just follow directions and screw whom ever they want. remember the feel that we are the untoucable class. the dirty, greater unwashed. now we will clean up and show them that we are not to be bullied anymore. warren and co. forgot even a dog can get use to the whip.

Who said that?
"If I went to work in a factory, the first thing that I would do is join a union."
THINK ABOUT THIS - All this money and energy to fight their OWN WORKERS! Shameful!
Still not answered by Dan, Ken or Tony:
Why did Ken LIE right away?
What's the 5 year non union plan?
Why is no written contract better for me?
What does the future hold for us in Newburgh?
Will we lose any money staying non union?
Will we lose any benefits staying non union?
Is it true they want to increase our health contributions by 2011?
Can we expect the same "concern" from Dan and Ken when we vote YES for IBEW Local 363?
Where was Tony's concern when your health costs went up and they screwed you on your 401k?
What did Dan do for you when you complained about Warrens victory dance when they took your break time away?
Why did Dan say the company could have recognized the union but it's the COMPANYS RIGHT to have an election? They don't vote! It's not THEIR RIGHT - It's OURS!
Do you realize that these captive meetings work just like the "time share" condo people do it - they try to wear you down so you do what THEY want you to do?
REALIZE that every time you guys sit in one of those meetings they are paying $25,000 per month to brainwash you. OOP add $20k for Ken now.
Do you realize that IBEW Local 363 will instill CONFIDENCE and STABILITY in the workforce?
Get ready for a union plant in Newburgh.
Get ready for a voice.
Get ready for a contract.
Get ready for IBEW Local 363.
Vote August 27 and August 28 for IBEW Local 363 and have a say in what happens in Newburgh.
IBEW Local 363 is made up of thousands of members across New York State in many different branches and occupations. ReplyDeleteOMG...Watch the FIRST MINUTE of this video...It is spot on! Whoever posted this is a GENIUS.

Make sure you have a voice in your future.
With a contract-you have input.
