Don't Fall For ANY Hand Jive From Ranjive

TAPE RECORDERS ON CHILDREN -
DON'T FORGET TO CHARGE YOUR BATTERIES AND KEEP THOSE TAPES COMING!

Word has it Tony is coming back for one final push. Dan told us that Tony will be making his rounds on the floor THIS WEEK talking to every individual he can -explaining why it is better to work with no contract.

Ranjive will explain that as CHILDREN we need our PARENTS to make our decisons for us. We don't need any written contract or any union. Our PARENTS are our voice.

Ranjive also said that everything goes through him. IF THAT IS TRUE AND I DON'T DOUBT IT - it must have been Tony who decided to increase your health benefit contribution because he knew - as your father figure - what was best for you. HE KNEW THAT you would appreciate your health coverage more if you paid more. TONY DECIDED TO DO THAT FOR YOU - HE DECIDES WHAT HAPPENS.

Real nice Ranjive, real nice.

Tony will approach all of you and explain that all you need to do is trust him. Well, I have a question Tony - why can't we still trust you after we choose to join IBEW Local 363? We are NOT going to change - we will STILL be those HARDWORKING and LOYAL to the company workers - even with OUR union.

It seems that it is YOU Tony - who is hinting that YOU will be different somehow - YOU will change - and not be the same old Tony. How come? Why is that? You threatened us by stating that you made all decisions - nobody gets anything without you. What was the hint there?

If you were really our friend and really concerned about us this would not change anything. We have done NOTHING WRONG - why the attitude? Have we come to the table asking for outrageous demands? No. Have we stopped production? No. In fact, if anything OUR UNION HAS ASKED US TO WORK HARDER DURING THESE LAST MONTHS!!!!!

WE WANT TO SEE YOU FLY HERE AFTER THE ELECTION AND MAKE YOUR ROUNDS. LET'S SEE YOU COME BACK, MAN UP AND MAKE THIS STATEMENT.......

"Let's all get together and make this happen so it benefits everybody. Let's form a real partnership that we can be proud of and others can use as a shining example of how labor and management can really work together"

....anything else is just handjive man.

HEY EVERYBODY! STAY STRONG STAY SOLID, TELL THEM WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR, LET ME DO THE WORK, LISTEN AND BE POLITE, AND JUST VOTE YES FOR IBEW LOCAL 363 ON THIS FRIDAY AND THIS SATURDAY - GET A VOICE AND A SEAT AT THE DECISION MAKING TABLE....

VOTE YES 27/28 363

  4. Tony,
We did not create this. Your management team and Britto did. How proffessional was Warren's victory dance in the cafiteria? How come this was never addressed in your meetings? If the IBEW was not at the front door would you give a shit about Newburgh? Having the IBEW will not be bad for you. We will still do our best for the company. We need a say and we need to make you listen. Something we never had before. IBEW is the tool to make that happen. We have good people working for you. They are the best at what they do. To my brothers and sisters, I will be voting yes to improve the future not hurt the company. Stay strong and I will see you in the training room. Stay strong, vote yes!!

  5. you should have stayed home tony. you being here means only one thing we have won . your here because you feel uncertain about the out come of our victory. how does it feel to be uncertain of your future. now maybe you understand how we feel we will defeat you in this election and finally have control of our future I hope you have been tossing and turning over this since you left. now you know the feeling you have subjected us to for the 17 years or so you have f---ed with us with your actions. I LOOK FORWARD TO VOTING YOU OUT OF MY FUTURE FOR EVER. SEE YA RANJIVE! OR MAYBE FROM NOW ON WE WILL JUST CALL YOU ANTHONY . I think that one is going to have to stick .

  6. I talked to Sam tonight....As always, he always he picks up the first time.....not to mention i talked to him for an hour as busy as he is......Always has time for us.....does our management do the same for us? One of my questions was how does shop stewards get awarded with that position?.....is it just given or voted? I'll let you answer that Sam!!! God, it's such a relief to talk to someone with no bullshit.....We could have used a few union meetings in the last 2 weeks to get past all the crap management is trying to force down our throats!!!!

I guess it's confirmed, Tony is coming back for another round! Try the front nine this time. The "up front" nine. If you are back already it sends some smoke signals up. First, your last visit really didn't get your message accross, a little honey to lull you to sleep, then WHAP! the big threat. Plus you insulted Sir Isaac Newton, "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" is how it really goes and that goes both ways. Second you are back, is this damage control? Are you seeking equal ground with the unionistas and are going to offer up a manager or two upon the altar of "Seei'mtryin'"? Why?, you make all the decisions. Or is this more schmaltz?
Are you hangin' until after the vote? Say yes and we can get an early start on you making all the decisions on who gets what. Enjoy your stay in Newburgh NY, battlefield of the American Revolution. Take in the sights.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain, for the Great Oz has spoken. Or maybe misspoken, or even, lied? Got it wrong ? Can I have a redo? Last shot Mr. Bhalla. Might be time better spent circling the wagons and plotting strategy for what to do August 29th. Reading the tea leaves. Bonding with your local ... managers? Fix your own house (your managers) before you come out to the floor and try to fix ours. Oh, some people will dish on how this manager is a douche bag or this one wronged someone but for the most part people will be polite, smile and tell you everything is wonderful. Maybe answer a question or two. And feel uncomfortable because they don't really need you invading their space on the job and hope you go on to someone else. Save it for Windsor and Mira Loma. They are watching what's going on here. A three alarm fire. You had your say, we listened. We rejected. There's really nothing more to be said. 4 days until the election. Look forward now. Cue up BOSTON, "More Than A Feeling" and "Don't Look Back". BECAUSE WE'RE "SMOKIN'".

  14. 8:56PM - The reason I didnt post it was I didn't want to leave anything open to challenge in regard to copyright laws ( I have hard copies that a little bird dropped off to me )

The document shows that they want to get rid of the kind of pension you have and replace it
(management will have no choice) They want to change everybody to a defined CONTRIBUTION plan which is different from what you have - you have a defined BENEFIT plan. The big difference is with the one you have THEY put all the money into it.....switching will "allow" them to "allow" you to also throw money in - money they used to put in.

That seems to be the company wide plan. You will still have a retirement but it will be more like a savings plan than the "amount per credit times number of years" pensions that are out there now.

No matter what - YOU ARE ALL BETTER OFF AT THE TABLE TO TALK ABOUT IT OTHERWISE JUST HAND IT OVER WITHOUT A PEEP.

    NAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

VOTE YES IBEW 363 MAKE A STAND

I think they have made me "contribute" enough without my consent. Health care, etc. Why should I contribute to my pension that in the last report given by AB was extremely solvent. Does Brito (think Pancho Villa) and his cronies need to pony up more bone us'es? Is this tribute to our new "masters" for keeping us in AB Inbev? No it's just another legal robbery. Just like management's pension theft. Did you raise your voice in dissent Tony? I didn't think so. Scumbags. Thank you Busch III and IV. You should have bought them out when you had the chance. Gussie must be rolling in his grave. Brito would still be having his lunch money taken by tough guys in Brasilia and you guys would be huge. With happy employees. Not employees who are being reduced to third world inductees. I'm glad Tony thinks these guys are "really smart businessmen", smarter than you Busch's he claims. Wasn't he the loyal employee!?! It's amazing out of the packaging group Tony is the only one to survive the purge, Goodbye Kirk Norris, Bob Lanham, Silky and a cast of thousands, 99% of Sunset Hills, Mo. And Ken makes an issue of IBEW being out of work in St. Louis. HEY, DICKHEAD! It seems like almost everyone is unemployed in St. Louis except you, Tony, Pete, Peacock and Luis. More Chapstick please. Perhaps some Astroglide. Did I get anything on my alligator shoes stepping on all the bodies?
DO YOU REALLY THINK THIS MAN CARES WHAT YOU THINK?
DO YOU REALLY THINK HE CARES ABOUT YOU?
    You're so gullible McFly.
HE CARES ABOUT TONY BHALLA, and his best friend TONY BHALLA.
Wake up on Friday and Saturday, and vote for 363. Take charge of your future!
Now, I'll gladly contribute to the IBEW 363!
